Quick start

Sign up, create a study, invite the team, open the DM workspace.

1. Create an account

   On the home page click “Create account”. Enter your name, work e-mail and a password of at least 10 characters, and accept the personal data terms. No e-mail confirmation is needed: you land on your desk straight away.

2. Create a study

   In the EDC zone click “New study”. The wizard asks for a name, a code (suggested for you), the study type and the first site. Forms and patients are not here yet: they arrive in the next stage of the portal.

3. Add sites and invite the team

   Open “Sites and team”. Add sites with their principal investigators, then invite colleagues by e-mail. Pick a role for each person and, if needed, limit them to some sites. The invitation goes out by e-mail and you can also copy the link.

4. Try the DM workspace

   Use the “EDC / DM” switch at the top of the left menu. In the DM zone keep the studies you run in other EDCs (Rave, InForm, Vault, REDCap) with task lists, and let the data profiler check any CSV or Excel export in a minute.

5. Watch your desk

   The home page collects what needs a decision: pending invitations, sites without an investigator, studies stuck in set-up. Click an item to go straight to where it is fixed.
